Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed Restrictions Apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Maximum adult weight is 70 pounds.
Pet deposit is $303.45 for 1 pet ($150 is refundable)
Pet deposit is $505.57 for 2 pets ($250 is refundable)
Monthly pet rent of $25.58 will be charged per pet.
